WEEK 12: BALANCE – RECEIVING

To create and sustain balance in the body and in life in general, I find it is extremely important to cultivate the art of receiving. And not “do” all the time. So to stop, pause, ask for help when needed. Simply receive without the need to give. This will improve the quality of what I give.

In this session we will rest and digest! Have a wall ready.

Focus on the breathing is key in all exercises.
