WEEK 11: AHIMSA – SELF COMPASSION

There is an important principle in yoga called Ahimsa. It means how may I create awareness around my self compassion. How am I truly treating myself? Number #1 is to become aware of this.

In this session we will strengthen to stabilize. And of course always give the body sweet tension relief.

Focus on the breathing is key in all exercises.
